HiVis Embroidered Emblems are manufactured with 100% polyester HiVis twill fabrics, the same types of materials used for standard custom embroidered emblems.  100% polyester embroidery threads are used to create designs with up to 15 colours.  These emblems are usually finished with Merrowed borders, but they can also be produced with stitched borders to create a LowProfile® style emblem. To complete the “hi-vis” look, special thread colours have been chosen to match the HiVis fabric colours available.
