ExpressPrint™ Garment Identification Labels are primarily used to mark, identify, sort and track garments and linens within a laundry processing or textile manufacturing environment. They are commonly applied to uniforms; workwear; career wear; hospital garments; hospital and nursing home linens; nursing home resident garments; and hotel and restaurant linens. The labels are manufactured with a finely woven 100% polyester substrate, which is encapsulated by an engineered polymer top coating and a high-melt heat seal backing. The label surface is formulated to be receptive to indelible thermal transfer ink ribbons, which create an imprint that is resistant to industrial launderings.
ExpressPrint™ label tapes are available in a range of perforated imperial sizes, as well as non-perforated rolls which are used on printers equipped with single label cutters. The tapes are assembled in roll formats that are compatible with select thermal printer models from TSC®, Avery Dennison®, and CAB. These systems can be paired with user software interfaces or with standalone label programs. Customers are able to create identification and barcode labels in-house, which can be quickly heat seal applied.
