Embroidered Glitter Emblems are manufactured with aluminum coated, metallised polyester threads that create a two-tone antique glitter effect. Designs can be embroidered with glitter threads only, or in combination with regular 100% polyester threads. Similar to Custom Embroidered and LowProfile® Emblems, Embroidered Glitter Emblems can be created with up to 15 thread colours per design, and they can be formatted into many different shapes and sizes. The emblems can be finished with or without a Merrow border, and are produced with a choice of low-melt glue or non-woven backings. The emblems can be heat sealed or sewn onto a wide variety of garments and uniforms, are removable, and are commercial launderable.
